LOCAL ELECTIONS - June 5th 2009

UPDATE: I would like to thank all those that gave me their 1st preference vote on the 5th June. Unfortunately I didn't get elected but your support is thoroughly appreciated. Thank you!

I'll update this website shortly.

As a new independent candidate I look forward to meeting with you, to hear from you about the local issues causing you concern. In the meantime if there are matters that are not receiving the attention that you feel they deserve, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If, like me, you have pride in your community then, together, we can work to protect and improve it.

If elected I will make the following my top priority:

  • Protect jobs by supporting local business
  • Protect our children’s education. Local councillors need to stand by their community and not their political parties
  • Protect our green belts and maintain our coastlines with intelligent and considered planning
  • Demand value for money
  • Encourage a strengthened sense of local community
  • Protect the vulnerable. Working to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour

If given the opportunity, I will represent the people of the Howth/Malahide ward to the best of my ability. I will provide a strong voice to represent your views and concerns.

Please feel free to contact me if there are any issues you would like to bring to my attention.
